These terms govern your use of gptimage26.com ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service provides an interface for generating images, GIFs and SVG files with the GPT Image 2.6 model via the OpenAI API. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with OpenAI. Features may change, and generation may be unavailable while we launch or maintain the Service.
Accounts and waitlist
You may join a waitlist by providing your email address. We use it to tell you when generation is available and about launch offers. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Acceptable use
You must follow OpenAI's usage policies and all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, sexualizes minors, harasses people, or impersonates real persons or organizations in a deceptive way. We may refuse prompts and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Subject to OpenAI's terms, you own the outputs you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the outputs, including checking that they do not infringe third-party rights.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period. Failed generations are refunded as credits.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
